3. If I use a Home Depot box, what size will it be classified as?
A standard Home Depot box measuring 24” x 20” x 21” will fall under a specific category.
Note: We will confirm the shipping rate once we know the actual dimension of the box, outside of the standard box size indicated on our pricing chart.
4. Can someone help me carry my box inside the store?
While our team will assist to the best of their ability, company policy requires that customers bring their boxes inside the store for processing.
5. What do I need to bring when dropping off a box at Island Pacific?
Please bring two valid forms of identification and complete the required packing slip.
6. Do I need an appointment to drop off a box?
No appointment is necessary. A customer service representative will assist you when you arrive at the store.

If your box is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team. Claims may be filed based on the declared value and insurance coverage.
13. Can someone else drop off my box for me?
Yes, but they must present their own valid IDs and provide the completed packing slip with your information.
14. Can I ship to multiple destinations?
Yes! Each box must be labeled and documented separately, but you can ship to multiple addresses during the same visit.

Planting Materials – Refer to seeds, fruits and parts of aggregate fruits for planting. These also include cuttings, rhizomes, bulbs and corns, grafts, leaves, roots, scions and other that are capable of propagation.
Plants – refers to living plants or seedling The undocumented consignments transported into Philippines through parcel of Balikbayan boxes and other package mails are considered smuggled. Entry of these commodities(plants, planting materials and plant products) without proper documents / clearances poses high risk of introduction of injurious plant pest and diseases into the country. Shipper / Consignee / Consolidator might have issues in Bureau of Customs if these items are found in Balikbayan Boxes.
